If I am asked to dial my account number or told that my number has not been recognized: your caller ID should always appear when you make a call. If it doesn’t, just check the settings of your phone.

My call does not go through

Please, first check that you have dialed the number with the correct international code and that the phone number is correct. If everything is ok and you are still unable to make your call, contact us.

If your question is about your account

I changed my cell phone

If you have a new mobile phone, remember to reinitialize Mobile-Globe in the section « My account ». Our application is unique for each cell phone. It won’t necessarily work the same way for all phones.

If you wish to have our opinion on what cell phones are best adapted to Mobile-Globe, don’t hesitate to send us an email and we will advise you.

Refill My account

If you want to recharge your account, just go to the section called « my account ». Very soon, you will be able to do it directly from your mobile.

Keeping track of your calls

You will find in real time the details of all the calls you have made in the section « my account ».

What is the catch?

Why is Mobile-Globe so cheap, while your carrier is still so expensive? Isn’t there a catch somewhere?
