Please, first check that you have dialed the number with the correct international code and that the phone number is correct. If everything is ok and you are still unable to make your call, contact us.
If you have a new mobile phone, remember to reinitialize Mobile-Globe in the section « My account ». Our application is unique for each cell phone. It won’t necessarily work the same way for all phones.
If you wish to have our opinion on what cell phones are best adapted to Mobile-Globe, don’t hesitate to send us an email and we will advise you.
If you want to recharge your account, just go to the section called « my account ». Very soon, you will be able to do it directly from your mobile.
